Bathroom Tiles — Geometric Rhythm

A bespoke tile installation was created for a private bathroom, including the area around a standing sink. Designed by Viktorija Valiulytė and executed in ceramic, the composition combines 5 × 5 cm, 5 × 10 cm, and 10 × 10 cm tiles to form an irregular, rhythmic mosaic.

Rectangular tiles layer shades of deep red and burgundy, creating a compact pattern that feels both modern and warm. The small-format layout enhances visual scaling in the compact space, while tonal variation adds depth and reduces flatness. A subtle glossy finish catches light, introducing a dynamic sheen without visual clutter.
